Shipping and Warranty

By using this website and purchasing Equals Zero Designs products, you agree to the following:


Equals Zero designs principally uses the United States Postal Service for online shipments both domestically and internationally. Rates are calculated using services provided by the USPS using the customer’s shipping address from Massachusetts, USA.

We try to ship all orders received within 1-2 business days. If an order cannot be shipped within 3 business days, we will notify you. We do not fill orders or ship on weekends, or holidays recognized by the USPS.

We reserve the right to announce suspension of order shipping or unusual delays up to 1 week before the fact with clear notification on the website.


Because many of our products are intended for you to customize to your application, we unfortunately can only extend warranty coverage to items which have out-of-box defects.

All products are warranted to be free from defects resulting from materials, manufacturing or workmanship for a period of 30 days following the date of shipment. You must notify us during this 30-day time period if you discover any defects or nonconformities. We will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

We reserve the right to not extend warranty coverage to products which have been used, tampered with, installed improperly, damaged through accident or abuse, or modified.

Motor Controller Warranty and Repair

We have a flat-fee, no-questions-asked replacement policy for Motor Controllers which are damaged out-of-warranty. The fee for returning an out-of-warranty motor controller for replacement are:

This policy is effective for one (1) year from the date of purchase of the damaged unit and is not transferrable i.e. you may not sell a broken unit to someone else and have them exercise the return policy.


You must contact us prior to returning a product – no return shipments will be accepted without written authorization from Equals Zero Designs.

You are responsible for shipping charges for sending the item to us, under any condition.

If the return is for an approved warranty claim only, we will repair or replace the item and ship it back to you for no charge.

In the event that a product is returned as defective and is found to be non-defective, we will not pay to return ship the non-defective item.
